Shipping

We are happy to provide shipping to most countries. Please find information on our shipping below.

  • All orders are shipped within 3 days. Our made-to-order pieces generally ship within 1 week.

    Local Delivery: 1-3 days

    International Delivery: 5-10 days depending on shipping method

    Please note that Atlas Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery or any damage to the package due to unforeseen events once shipped. 

  • We currently ship to the following countries:

    Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Namibia

    All international orders are shipped with Fedex or UPS (USA).

  • Please take note that all customs, duty and import charges are not included at checkout. It is your responsibility to check the relevant duties for your country prior to ordering and pay these upon receiving your order.

  • If you decide to refuse any shipments from Atlas Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

    This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Returns + Exchanges + Refunds

Due to the nature of our garments, we do not accept returns on specific items and in certain instances. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please find information on our returns policy below.

  • We accept returns on Swimwear, Editions, Goods + Accessories and Fins within 10 days of receipt of the items. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition with tags attached in order to qualify for a return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or in the form of store credit.

    • Due to some of our items items being made to order or limited, there are some pieces that do not qualify for refunds.
    • We do not accept returns on Essentials or Classic wetsuits due to the made to order/limited nature of these pieces. Please make sure you follow our sizing advice outlined on these products or alternatively, arrange a fitting appointment by emailing us at hello@atlas-label.com.
    • Custom wetsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • All sale and discounted items are 'final sale' and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend you choose carefully when shopping our sale items.
    • Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and wioll be deducted from your refund amount. You will be notified via email once this
      transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
  • We understand that sometimes you may have selected the wrong size or colour. We will happily exchange your order for the same style provided an item is unworn and in saleable condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers in place.

    Items are thoroughly inspected by our team and exchanges will be granted subject to stock and size availability. Should we not have a size/colour available, exchanges will be considered as store credit.

    Please note that shipping back to Atlas Label is at the expense of the customer.

    We do not accept exchanges on Classic Wetsuits so please refer to our size guide prior to purchase or arrange a fitting appointment by emailing us at hello@atlas-label.com.

  • In the rare case that you have received the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@atlas-label.com so that we can fix the problem.

  • If filing a claim for a damaged item, please contact us at hello@atlas-label.com prior to return shipping to discuss arrangements.

    – Damaged items must be reported to us via email at hello@atlas-label.com within 2 days of receipt. Damaged goods will only be replaced on goods that have not been worn and if the hygiene sticker is still in place. The items must be in their original condition, and will be inspected by our team upon receipt back at our offices. Atlas Label will then replace the item or repair it to our exacting standards. In the case that neither of these can be fulfilled, we will issue credit for our store or a refund to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for atlas label or to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and thus will not contribute to your store credit or refund amount. Refunds will only be issued in the case of defective items as detailed below:

    • Damaged items must be reported to us via email at hello@atlas-label.com within 2 days of receipt. Damaged goods will only be replaced on goods that have not been worn and if the hygiene sticker is still in place. The items must be in their original condition, and will be inspected by our team upon receipt back at our offices. Atlas label will then replace the item or repair it to our exacting standards.
